For compatibility with Shimano and SRAM 9- and 10-speed derailleurs:
Use a Mavic M10 wheel, leave the positioning wedge delivered with the wheel on the freewheel body, then mount a Shimano or SRAM 9- or 10-speed cassette.
For compatibility with a Campagnolo 10- and 11-speed derailleurs:
Use a Mavic ED10 wheel and mount a Campagnolo 10- or 11-speed cassette. Or, use a Mavic M10 wheel, remove the positioning wedge from the freewheel body, then mount a Mavic M10 cassette.
